One of the more outspoken members of the SDF and, at first, one of Manabu's biggest dissidents. The two of them eventually learns to get along once Manabu learn about Bruce's past and how all of his partners have met with untimely deaths, and then later, when Manabu is forced to shoot an escaped convict to save the life of Yuki Sexaroid, the SDF medic. He is later killed after saving a woman from being assaulted and/or raped by basically being shot in the back by the same people who tried to rape the woman.
