When Aizen sends him to reclaim Orihime Inoue, he states he is uncomfortable doing so, though is able to accomplish the task in an instant despite Kenpachi Zaraki's and Ichigo Kurosaki's attempts to stop him. He then appears as 1 of the top 3 Espada in the raid on Karakura town. His number is 1, located on his left hand. Lilynette is revealed to not be his fraccion but actually a part of him. They separated their souls into two bodies when becoming arrancar. When they are one, their powers are released. Stark's ability is to separate fragments of his soul into Wolves that become likes weapons he and Lilynette can control.
