Mentioned by name only in the manga. In the anime version, he is the womanizing ruler of the seemingly impregnable Black Steel Castle (黒鉄城, Kokutetsuj�?). Sakuya infiltrates the castle by seducing Gaoh and has him assassinated by Reina's sniper arrow.
