Hizuki is Sakataki's step brother, who was adopted by the Ryuuzoku (Dragon Clan) at a young age. He is also one of Kyoko's bodyguards. While Sakataki takes his job of protecting the Princess very seriously, Hizuki is often seen fooling around. However, there is more to him, then meets the eye. Hizuki was the one who destroyed dragon clan, but he still saved Sakataki. Hizuki secretly loves Kyoko, and he knows that she would do anything to save her friends. That`s why Hizuki tries to kiss Kyoko while she was asleep and breaks the law. To save Hizuki, Kyoko says that she will marry him. That is what Hizuki planed. Sakataki says Hizuki to let Kyoko go and Hizuki gives him Li Knight and asks Sakataki to kill him. But Kyoko stops them. Then Hizuki tells that he is actually a stranger too.
