Nadja first meets Julietta at an exclusive vacation resort in Italy that the Dandelion Troupe is performing at. Julietta is a gentle, kind woman, who Nadja likes instantly. Amazingly enough, Julietta is the fiance of someone Nadja knows! Unfortunately her fiance doesn't appreciate her, and Julietta has begun to feel lonely and vulnerable. This sets her up nicely for succumbing to the attentions of Antonio, who showers Julietta with all the attention she never receives from her fiance.
