Takarada Kaneo is the Student Council President of Naniwa Kinman High School. He is also the head of the Takarada Conglomerate. He is full of money and isn't afraid to show it. Later in the series, it is revealed that he spent all of his money on the construction of the S.S. Naked Sun, Nudist Beach's ultimate line of defense.
