Kira is the youngest of the Shuffle Sisters, showing the most immaturity out of the trio. Kira is revealed to be a phantom thief who sports a very 'mahou shoujo' like way of acting, using a wand that can release bubbles that have the ability to freeze over their victim upon impact.
