Kisaragi is the owner and leader of Daiwa Heavy Industries. He's trying to look cool, but in fact he's quite cowardly. Kisaragi is an old acquaintance of Maria's. He actually managed to remain a human, having turned the whole population of Japan into laboratory rats.
