Manager of the maids and private secretary to Baron Masquerade, whom she secretly loves. She's cold and strict with her subordinates, as she always wants everything to be perfect. Although authoritarian, Mai can also be quite submissive. She was the only one aware of Baron Masquerade's secret identity before the end of episode 3.
