Mina is a young, simple girl who lives near a fishing village by the sea. She and her father, Sakichi, appear in Episode 2 "The Warbling Sea Shell." Mina appears to be a friendly child, but without anyone to talk to. It is found out later that her father forbid her from speaking with anyone in the nearby village.
