As his origins are different than the others, he always keeps to himself as if hiding something and holds his distance to the other spies. At the end, he resigns from D. Agency, and is assigned to Kwantung, where he'll be a lieutenant of a Manchurian unit. His real name is Tobisaki Hiroyuki.
