Kamichika Rio is a female classmate of Kida Masaomi. She is one of Orihara Izaya's victims and almost commited suicide. When Mikado faces Namie with a message to all Dollars members Rio is also one of the people who gets the message, meaning: She is also part of the Dollars. After she met Izaya as Miss Magenta and almost committed suicide she got saved by Celty and decides to change her point of view on the world and even forgives her parents - especially her father for cheating on her mother.
