Kotan Kanji's girlfriend. She previously worked for a refugee support NGO 2 years ago when she first met Kotan. She stayed in touch after she left her job, their long-distance relationship continued and they eventually got engaged, but 3 months ago, she lost contact with him. Apparently, she came out to Tokyo from Akita in order to look for Kotan after she suddenly received an e-mail from him, he'd written to say goodbye. Togusa rescues her from a group of rough refugees and questions her about the incident with Kotan in Niihama.
