A decently skilled 18-year-old ninja who'd nonetheless rather work a safe office job, and who's been plotting to get Komatsuda's position at the Ninjutsu Academy because of it. However his bad personality makes him unwelcome by the academy students and staff, despite him actually being more competent at the job than Komatsuda.
