Stuart is the commanding officer of the Pegasus-class assault carrier LMSD-76 Gray Phantom, and the leader of the Scarlet Team, which is responsible for developing the Gundam NT-1. He is inordinately committed to accomplishing his mission at any cost, and will not hesitate to fight in a neutral colony, or to dispatch his forces, including Chris, to fight in a populated city.
