Spotlight criminal of episode 6 of the anime series. Worked at hair salon Fang where he would normally cut and treat hair. His obsession of hair though would caused him to be extremely agitated and violent towards those who he didn't deemed worthy for him to cut their hair.
He would invite unsuspecting long-haired woman with beautiful hair to their apartment were he would be cutting their hair. Only to cut down their whole head and dispose of it at a public park's restrooms.
