Teana's older brother, an elite member of the Capital City Defense Forces and the TSAB Air Forces. Tiida was an elite enforcer, but was KIA while on a case, when Teana was only 11. He failed his last mission to catch a criminal mage despite injuring the target, and was denounced as a failure who could not risk his life for the mission.
