Their relationship is most likely incestuous; Tiriel has stated that her only goal in life is to fulfil every desire of her 'onii-sama' and to protect him. She will do so without regrets, even if drains her own Power of Existence. She can use an Unrestricted Method called "Cradle Garden", which alters a fuzetsu so its area becomes an advantage to the siblings.
