"VV" is a code name. She is an agent of the American Military Intelligence Special Operational Forces. She's an electronic operation specialist. She has a female appearance, but her real gender and other details are unknown. Her aim is to take back or to destroy the special military module that has been stolen. At the middle of the operation she offers collaboration with the 9th division to Kusanagi Motoko, so she can save Logicoma, because she has hidden a copy of the parallel code of the module in it, and that's why it has become the target of the enemy.
