Type-Moon was founded by artist Takashi Takeuchi and writer Kinoko Nasu, who were also schoolmates.

History:

Originally formed as a Doujin Soft in 2000, but turn into a Commercial Organization on 30 January 2004 and at the same year, they released their PC-based eroge visual novel game, Fate Stay Night.
